jetson orin nano 刷机报错 The connected Jetson device is not ready for flash 使用vbox虚拟机 ubuntu 20.04 和 22.04系统都尝试过，均出现此问题。后续尝试使用cli进行刷机 报错日志为 might be timeout in usb write.
